There have been reports of the run in terminal tool getting requests to run timeout <num> <cmd>. This doesn't play nicely either auto approve currently and can fail if timeout is not on the PATH.

We should support rewriting such commands to remove the timeout part and enforce the timeout for the command using the regular mechanism.
