This PR adds an initial Hindi (hi) translation to the PyLadiesCon Portal.
I translated a small set of 5–6 strings that were already marked for translation and verified locally that the language selector works and the translations render correctly.
While working on this, I noticed that some text in templates is not yet wrapped with {% trans %} / {% blocktranslate %}, so those strings don’t appear in the .po file and are not translated yet. I’ve kept this PR focused on translations only; adding missing translation tags can be handled in a follow-up PR if needed.
